Boeing 717
Overview
The 717 was the first joint collaboration of McDonnell Douglas and Boeing. Entering service in 1999, the Boeing 717 was a highly successfully mid-range airliner, combining the sturdy McDonnell Douglas airframe with new more efficient power plants. The new Rolls Royce engines fitted to the 717 provide an impressive range of up to 2,060 nautical miles (3,820km).
Comfort & Size
In standard two-class seating configurations, the Boeing 717 can seat up to 106 passengers, or up to 117 passengers in a single class seating configuration. This single-aisle twin-engine airliner can be fitted with premium leather club seats, as well as standard economy seats.
